Xtream IPTV support: MAG MAC and ticket hours

When a MAG box drops its Xtream login, open the support ticket in the right channel before you touch the portal install. Xtream IPTV support desks split work by hours and by device class: email tickets during listed business hours, Telegram for short MAC questions after those hours, and a reset queue that only runs if you send the right identifiers.

A MAG's identity on the network is its MAC address, the hardware label the portal uses to bind a line (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAC_address). Copy that MAC from the box settings as text, not from a cropped TV overlay. Paste it in the ticket so the desk can search the panel. If the box sat on another line last week, say so in the first reply. A silent second MAC is how reset tickets bounce.

Email before 09:00 local sits until the morning queue. Telegram after 22:00 may return a one-line MAC confirm, then they tell you to wait for the email ticket. Mixing both with the same screenshot twice duplicates the case. The xtremeiptv about page is where that desk lists the channel split; open it when MAG resets look like they belong in Telegram instead of the ticket form.

Attach a player log export if the app has one, a screenshot of the portal error with the full MAC visible, and the date the line last played a live channel. Technical support teams sort cases by those artifacts, not by how angry the subject line is (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technical_support). Keep the three files in one reply. A Telegram clip of the same error works as a pointer, but the files still belong on the email ticket so the log is searchable.

If they ask for a MAG MAC reset, send the MAC, the portal URL the box uses, and whether the box is on Ethernet or Wi-Fi. After they confirm the reset, reboot the MAG once and wait for the portal to pull the line again. If the same error returns, reply on the original ticket number instead of opening a second Telegram chat.
